I am looking for a phone that has a good compromise between, power, sound and price.
The lg v10 and meizu pro 5 are too expensive considering their performance.
A phone like the LeEco, but with a jack and which is followe for the updates.

When you say performance explain a little what you mean like what will you be using the device for other than music? Gaming performance? Camera performance? Finding a phone that does it all for a low price is not that easy so you have to specify a little, the Axon 7 may not be the best sounding (as far as I've heard) and the low light camera performance isn't good but it does have a snapdragon 820,large AMOLED panel, headphone jack, 4gb of RAM and good battery life

One with OTG and charging capability at the same time.

I don't think that is possible to micro USB, unless type C USB. Micro USB has a resistors inside OTG cables to tell the device that it has to stop taking in, but giving out data instead.

You can only do 1 at a time, either charging and or playing.

My HTC 10 did both because it is USB type C

except there is nothing actually stopping you from doing both, USB constantly gives power no matter what. It's what makes it possible to charge your phone while you transfer files to your computer. It's also what powers stuff like mice, keyboards, portable hard-drives and so on. While I don't particularly like doing it you can for the most part get away by using a otg splitter that is designed to power and transfer at the same time.

Which smartphones can drive cans like hd 650 and hd800s without an external amp? What about the new vivo xplay 6 or lg v20?

None and never...
