They won't leak, and if they do (that is, if you're blaring it at absolute max volume and even then only a whisper can escape the pads) the train noises should cover them up nicely. If not, the only way anyone can hear anything from the M50s is when the person next to you is kissing you.

You can't get better than total isolation.  There is no such thing as negative noise.
