  Since I like the H6 1st version so much I bought another pair in Hazel/grey for 199 euro. Probably ridicilous, but I just had to, and they look even better in that color combination.

I'm in the same boat I used to have the brown v1's which matched my brown frame glasses and my brown leather watch band, then I got black framed glasses so I decided to sell the v1's and get the black v2's
now I often think, the brown & black v1's would go well with my black glasses n brown watch maybe I should buy a another pair, the h6 colour options imo are great

Not sure where they do/don't ship to. I got one for my H6 v1 and it's great. I swear it boosted volume slightly vs stock cable, even though I also totally believe people who say that's scientifically impossible Either way, sounds and looks great, had it for a year or so now with no issues at all. 
 
Only potential hitch is that cable lacks remote/mic capabilities. Not sure if that matters for you.

The stock cable actually degrades the sound quality, which is why adequate cables like the replacement one they sell and the v-moda cable make the H6 sound better. As long as the cable you buy isn't crap, you should be good.

Just got new cable for my BeoPlay H6 2nd Generation and all I have to say is B&O is doing a great disservice to these headphones with the stock cable.  Holy crap does the new cable improve the sound quality!  I also think the volume better but the clarity is definitely there.

I totally agree that they need to revisit their approach to a stock offerings, this is 300 dolla phones, and are good ones too, but the cable mess makes it sad.

I had V1 in the past, in the picture there is V2, I don't think they are different in that regard.
