Hello, fellow readers! Did you ever had this sort of problem?

Like *** I can't listen to it at all, it's so loud I think I'm going stupid here. All my previous listening was by listening directly to my motherboard, which I had to put at (maximum possible tolerable volume) 4%. I am not hypersensitive, and between all the things I've even tried to change OS and it got even worse! (when I had Ubuntu 16.04 I had to put the volume slider to 1% and sometimes I had to take off my headphones). Is there anybody else having such a thing? If there is anything you want to know about my setup go ahead and ask me.
