Love the AD900x, fixed the things I disliked about the ad900 (even though I loved the ad900 for quite a while too)

Very good for metal/rock/any atmospheric type music. Some people say they aren't fast enough, not even sure what that means, they're fast enough for me  No fatigue, just the right amount of bass, any more and I would find it fatiguing. Excellent all-rounder and compliment to my MS2i. 2 of the best bang for buck headphones out there, imo.

Wow, this thread is really quiet.

I have been meaning to post this but here are some small impressions from others at a recent meet in AZ with my ad2kx's:  http://www.head-fi.org/t/672341/az-summer-2013-meet-impressions

The ad2kx's can sound great out of most any sources.  I know this is something that we can infer from them being very efficient, low impedence phones but I really do mean it when I say they sounded pretty killer in my time with them straight out of an iPhone 5 and good source material.

Out of the GS-X (single ended), and the Lynx Hilo + laptop as the source.  I found the sound to be incredibly neutral yet still deeply resolving with details.  This was too much of a good thing IMO and didn't do the ad2kx any favors; I walked away almost preferring the iPhone.  Throwing the ad2kx on a tube amp like the Eddie Current Balancing Act or the ZDT is significantly more enjoyable of a listen in my book.

I don't doubt that my experience with the GS-X so far is very dependent on source rolling; as of right now I simply do not have a ton of sources to swap at my disposal but that will be a different story in the next few weeks.

Last night I threw a Stello DA100 Signature on the GS-X for some late night listening; unfortunately I had only available the stock USB input of the DAC which I know to be its achilles heel.  Once again I was a little underwhelmed by the bass of the ad2kx; it just didn't have the right amount of texture and punch that I absolutely know they are capable of.

Substantially looser with ad2kx, they slide down my head actually if I move while wearing them.  Someone I saw used a rubber band to hold the wings closer together get a simulated clamp, I would do it in fact if I weren't against something so ugly!

Amazon is pretty trustworthy, so if you can find a good deal on there, I'd say go for it.

The ad900x cost 378 euros in ath's official e-shop but in amazon the cost is significantly lower.

Where should i consider buying from?

Well, make sure to purchase from an authorized retailer, even if on Amazon.  You won't get any warranty if you don't..
Too bad you're not in the US, selling mine on eBay for a whole lot less than 400 euros..

Very easy to drive. I use E12, but they sound good even without amp. I'm sure your e10 will be fine

Use a black rubber band ;p

I use a.... tan rubber band.  I wonder if a hair tie would work equally as well.

I ordered mine from Japan through Amazon.  Cost 200USD.
