In my case everything is okay. Maybe you are the one who updated to 0.1.7 by using Android app?Does anyone else started getting issues when booting and having the dongle plugged in?
Yes me too, sometimes my other usb devices (keyboard, mouse) do not work until I unplug/replug the receiver. I did not report it because I'm using Linux with a custom udev rule so I figured nobody cares.Does anyone else started getting issues when booting and having the dongle plugged in?
I now get this every time I boot my computer and the dongle is plugged in.
Yes only happening if the dongle is plugged (I have the non-X version)0.1.5 firmware and windows 10 with all updates downloaded.
@ethernode, this is happening only to the specific dongle.
I use the Apple 96Watt USB-C Charger for my MacBook pro (20.5V@4.7A), without any issues. Chargers these days negotiate the appropriate charging speed and voltage between the charger and the device, so anything should be fine. That charger supports the following power profiles:I'm still trying to figure out how to best charge the Penrose. I've been using one of the smaller Apple chargers plugged in to the wall but it does seem to take a good 4-5 hours to charge. I'm wondering if it's ok to use one of the bigger Apple chargers, like those packaged with an iPad? The output rating indicates "5.2V" and I know Audeze says any charger should be rated at 5V, so I'm wondering if that's too much or if the extra .2 V doesn't really matter.
How long does it take to charge from the low battery notification?I use the Apple 96Watt USB-C Charger for my MacBook pro (20.5V@4.7A), without any issues. Chargers these days negotiate the appropriate charging speed and voltage between the charger and the device, so anything should be fine. That charger supports the following power profiles:
15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) and 94 watts (20 volts @ 4.7 amps)
So I say the more powerful USB-C charger (or USB-A) the better. It shouldn't over-charge it if you use a good quality one.
No idea, sorry. I always leave it on charge overnight when I want to charge it. But I also don't let it go too flat either. How long does it take to charge from the low battery notification?
I decided to publish my patched AudezeHQ.exe files that point to my own server with the latest versions. It should work as fine as with Audeze's server, but I have to warn everyone that everything you do, you do only at your own risk. Can you do a tutorial for a noob?
Thanks
