Kind of sad that Audeze is more known as a gaming headphone company, then for audiophilia.
I think it's useful to know where that link came from and the briefing...
The link is a tech site so of course they'd understand the gaming connection. And Sony, being a listed company, will need to explain to their shareholder why they have the acquisition.. they probably heard the best they could do with the PlayStation headphones, heard Audeze's and thought, well, that's interesting, we need that.

What will be more interesting is that Sony (Sony Electronics not Entertainment) also do headphones, although not to the same degree of precision of Audeze's stuff. Wonder what a pair of ZIR with electrostatic drivers would look like

I have one issue.
Connected to xbox and phone (bt).
After receiving a phone call mic is not switching back to xbox. I have to restart the headset to make it (mic) work again with xbox.
Any thoughts?
Email support@audeze.com for assistance. You'll likely just need to do a rollback of firmware and re-update.

Was testing this myself after not having used Penrose in a long time and had a similar issue. I did the rollback as mentioned above and fixed it, so yes, please email support@audeze.com to be provided with the steps.
