If someone who has tried both the closed back sine and the Mobius could confirm that sound quality is the same or better then I will pull the trigger!

I would take that information with a grain of salt, most people have tried the Prototype / Demo version in a conventions center full of noise and people...
But then again... who am I to pass a comment, I already pulled the trigger.

I hear you sir. I am so on the fence. I love my sine but the comfort of them are pushing me to only use them for travel and I'd really love a nice planar with mic for work and home use.

From what I read on the IndieGoGo page, there is a 30 day return policy. Probably a restocking fee, but that is fine with me. At least I have that 30 day peace of mind.

Welp! Didn't take much...I'm in!

Good choice. It’s the same tech, maybe even newer, with larger drivers. It’ll all come down to tuning. Surprisingly I found the Sine’s tuning to be superior to my EL-8 Ti though the EL-8 unsurprisingly has a larger sound. If they can capture the magic of the Sine/LCD-2/LCD-X with the size and transparency of the EL-8’s drivers in Mobius it will be an incredible value.

Of course that's if your can contact them... I've had some unfortunate life changes which has resulted in me needing to cancel my order (lost my job but I'm still most angry about having to cancel ) but I haven't been able to contact anyone that can help me.

It's strange that they have taken the ability to cancel an order. I know it used to be in Actions on the Indiegogo page but it dissapeared.

I believe it disappeared because the campaign was supposed to end about a month ago, then Audeze extended it. Normal functionality of the Indiegogo site to take it down once a campaign is about to end.

Indiegogo may not give even the project owner the ability to cancel an order at this point.

Refunds and cancellations must take place through Indiegogo before the end of the campaign, and their support team is set up to handle that for Mobius (even though their FAQs say otherwise). Here's a link that explains the basic refund process: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/213172367-How-to-Process-a-Refund

If the refund button doesn't appear on your Contributions page, or if you have any other trouble getting a refund processed, please contact Indiegogo customer support directly by creating a new ticket via the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of this page: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us

And then IndieGogo tells you they can't do anything now and to contact Audeze. :p

Can confirm this was successful for me after changing my commitment level. No pushback from Indiegogo.

Won't be a problem for me if they fight me, I have a very nice credit card, and only had to use it twice in the last ten years, but I will not hesitate to open a case with my credit card company, they WILL get my money back for me, and if IndieGoGo refuses to contact me if I request a return, well if they refuse to contact Capital One to dispute the case, then I will get to keep the cans and get a refund. lol. If they want to tell Capital One ok we will cooperate here is return address for him. :)

Either way is win win for me, as long as you don't abuse it, and you have a long term outstanding history with your credit card company, they will stand up for you. I know from the two disputes I filed in the past. So bring it on IndieGoGo :)
