13 days but remember the US had the memorial day weekend in the middle of that so very quick. But the offer to replace was made the day after I contacted them and also in that offer was to ship the new set before they even received my old set!
I know they are doing a lot at the moment so give them a day or so to respond to your email, they are a small team after all!

I ordered my LCD2 from ALO Audio and did not incur any customs charges in Taiwan.
