Tidal just released a new app update today - v. 2.11.5. No info on what it fixes, but if someone could please try the new version and let me know if you are still experiencing the same issues.

Only been able to listen for about 45 minutes in offline mode, but so far no issues. Hopefully it’s been fixed!

My girlfriend has been having that exact same tidal issue for months on her phone. Tidal support made her jump through a whole bunch of hoops, e-mailing back and forth for weeks without any results. She ended up cancelling her tidal subscription and getting spotify.
I never had an issue on my phone though. Never tried offline on the sr15 yet. I was thinking it's a combination of tidal with certain versions of android that causes some issues.

That’s not bad for the quality of the amp, the speed of the UI and the size of AK SR15. Unless you go with a much bigger dap, or one with less power like a small cowon and a decent size battery, or a Sony with class D- you’re not going to do much better.

Well its 6-8 h at best. SE, no screen etc. . Most User will get 5-6h. So you have to charge every day. (For some it doesn´t even last a whole day if they travel a lot).

I thought, better ak sr15 balanced or connected to the mojo?

If you’re going to be driver harder to drive cans mojo of course. And of course it’s got a wider sound stage. If you have normal ohm headphones under 300 ohm, or iems you can have one unit that sounds great without stacking.

With mojo of course you need a dap, and because it’s not cheap why spend 700 dollars on a dap if you’re going use it as a transport? I mean it would make a great transport, I just don’t see the need.

Bottom line, yes mojo sounds a bit better- it’s got more power and a great dac. But sr15 sounds great and it’s all in one

Tidal 2.11.5 solved the issues the app had. Was android wide, not just AK.

The balanced out is so good on this thing. For people looking for a low noise DAP, this balanced basically has none.

SR15 actually hisses a little with my 334 and audibly so on andromedas
