It isn't listed on either site, you just need to PM Frank here on HF and let him know you're interested. You should know in advance that he is apparently swamped right now and might be a bit slow to respond (I was looking at buying one too and got lost in the shuffle, I think). Very highly thought of around here, just very busy, it seems. FYI.

An update.  I have the international version (bought from Amazon and since it had a French manual I am assuming that it is a French model also...but obviously in English for me) and when connecting my OTG cable, with or without the cable being plugged into the E07K it states "USB connector connected".  Upon trying to play music with Neutron it skips to the 12 second mark and then keeps skipping forward 20 seconds per real time second.  I.E., one second in the real world has Neutron skipping from 0-12 second mark, 12-32 second mark, etc.  Funnily enough using the stock player does not result in a similar situation regarding the music skipping ahead, but still no sound is sent to the Fiio E07k.  Using the USB Recorder app it asks for permission to access the usb device and then plays the music through the DAP with no fanfare.  The big problem is that nearly all of my music is in 320 mp3 and it would be nice to listen to my movies if possible.
 
I've rooted my device and installed the 3.036-Perseus-alpha35 af@mintvm #1167 SMP PREEMPT Sat Apr 6 19:17:38 CEST 2013 kernel...and it's still the same issue.  I'm a bit at wits end here.

. bus-powered mode when the USB charging is enabled
. self-powered mode when the USB charging is disabled
 
How long does it take to drain your Android device with the bus-powered mode and with the self-powered mode?
 
A Galaxy S3 can play continuously during 7.5 hours while powering a bus-powered Graham Slee Bitzie USB DAC/amp.

You can use a standalone USB DAC along with a JDS C5 amp to bypass the Android device’s internal DAC & internal amp:
Android phone > digital USB audio out >> (external) USB DAC >> (external) JDS C5 amp >> headphones
 
The JDS C5 amp can also be used to bypass the iPhone’s internal amp:
iPhone + internal DAC > analog line out >> (external) JDS C5 amp >> headphones
 
 
The $109 iBasso D-Zero can be used as a standalone USB DAC as well as the $99 TCG U-SKIN.
May be the $15 Muse HiFi USB DAC mentioned by TekeRugburn and the $189 JDS C5 meet your $200 budget.

Btw, in case anyone is looking to use the S3 w/ a USB DAC while charging, I picked up one of these from eBay and it works fine w/ my S3 and PCSTEP. It provides power to both, which is handy. I was hoping to be able to use it in conjunction with the Samsung dock, but it's a no-go. Makes for an awesome way to charge your phone and listen to music as you retire for the evening .

I have an odd quirk with a Razor HD>OTG cable>Fiio 07K>phones....Using USB Recorder app, I often have to fiddle. I get an audible signal but it is squeaky and distorted. If I keep stopping and starting the app, eventually the playlist plays properly and I get great sound. Any idea why this happens and a fix would be welcome...Both the USB recorder app and the Fiio device come with VERY substandard instructions.

I'd prefer not to be stacking components upon components.  I want something slim, quick to take out of my pocket or backpack (while in use) and the ability to make use of the amp foremost, DAC functionality second.  If I can get them both to work in the same unit later on (when and if I switch to a Galaxy) then I'll be happy with that outcome, but right now...I'm concerned about the amp working with both iPhone and then the Galaxy without having to change hardware when I do upgrade phones.

I see that both the Android compatible DACs (V-MODA VAMP VERZA, XDUOO XP-1) and the USB Audio Recorder PRO app supports nearly the same devices.
 
Other than that I hear that the requirements are:

1. USB Host (Basically almost every newer device can do this)
2. USB OTG Cable (Who worries about a cable?)

 
1. Basic problem is simply CONFIG_USB_AUDIO parameter set to false? Shouldn't a mod like CyanogenMod enable this?
2. V-MODA VAMP VERZA, XDUOO XP-1 are the only USB DACs to support the ADK interface in Jelly Bean, or why are these the only "Android-supported"-DACs ?
3. What exactly is the difference between the Verza, XDUOO and the other DACs? Why wouldn't any DAC be compatible through USB Audio in the linux kernel ?
 
I really wish to lift my Samsung Galaxy S2 sound quality, and I am ready to spend the money to make it sound good. But the Verza is too expensive for me and has few other outputs and inputs so I doubt the reuse for the crazy price. I simply can't trust XDUOO before they make an english website, god knows what will happen on warranty issues!

I don't think it is self-powered...
 
I think the charge switch makes the difference between:
 
- bus-powered mode with the charging circuit enabled
- bus-powered mode with the charging circuit disabled
 
Which would still mean a reduction in powerconsumption, but not as much as you'd hope for.
 
 
I don't have a D-Zero, but I do have a D2+ and switching charging on introduces quite a bit of noise, I think that's the main reason for the switch. 
 
I was planning on building another OTG cable soon, I'll check if the DAC works if I connect everything but the 5V from the DAC.
If it works, it really is self powered, if it doesn't than the charge switch is actually just that: a charge switch...

I have usb audio out of my international S3 to the UHA-6S MKII with the charging disabled for about a week. Now I have to enable the charging for the audio to route to the UHA-6S MKII (otherwise it will just play out the speakers, and it does say usb connected, tested with mouse and it works too). Anyone have any idea why this is? I haven't changed anything at all. Pretty weird.

Ok, I was too curious, so I just whipped up a quick test setup... (yay for breadboard )
 
On my iBasso D2+, connected via test-cable (with switchable 5V) to S3 (UM3X connected to HO of D2+):
 
- Charge switch on, power via USB: DAC working (noise from charging circuit audible).
- Charge switch on, no power via USB: DAC not working (add power over USB, DAC powers up and takes over from S3 onboard DAC).
- Charge switch off, power via USB: DAC working (noise from charging circuit no longer audible). 
- Charge switch off, no power via USB: DAC not working (add power over USB, DAC powers up and takes over from S3 onboard DAC).
 
So I guess it is safe to say that (at least on the D2+), the charge switch only affects the charging circuit. The DAC doesn't run on battery power when no power is coming in through the USB connector. So unfortunately, there is no self-powered mode, only USB powered.
 
Of course, it might be different for the D-Zero, and if someone has one available for me to test, I'll gladly do so.
But to be honest, I see very few reasons for such an implementation of a powercircuit on pretty much any USB device, as the USB standard itself dictates the presence of 5V power.
