Hey everybody,
Hope yall are doing swell. And if you are wondering I am doing fine other than my headphones snapped recently

 
So, I did have a the hd428, which I thought were nice. Awesome noise cancellation/isolation and great comfort. I thought they were a bit thin on the bass personally.
 
With the hd428 already tested and heard, I wanted to check out the next models which are the hd438 and hd448 and I cant afford to use and break them simultaneously to get a good review of them

...so i thought I will ask the experts (i mean u guys).

Features I enjoy the most on all headphones:
+ Noise Isolation
+ Comfort...Comfort...Comfort (How are the pads on the hd 438 vs those on like the hd 428/448?)
+ Good Bass along with Mids and Highs prominent
+ I don't mind the looks of the hd438...they are not the best, but its ok/ manageable.
+ Reduced heat...need to be coooooool.
+ Durability
+ No vibration boosters.
+ Decent for gaming...thought primarily will be used for music...occasional movies/ tv shows (<<<just to show off mostly...lol)
+ Strong Cord (ahhhh...the hd428 cord scares me...they are tooo thin)
 
With all this being said, should i go with the hd 438 or hd 448 or just the hd 428 itself? or some other one?

wow youre overdoing the font..
 
anyway, HD438 does have a very thiin cord..
it scares me to death when i accidentally pull it from the stand on one of nearby store..
but the sound was good compared to what i have HD202
and its a bit better than the HD428 with a touch of more bass..

I am just afraid if it lacks bass...i.e. i want to hear that lil wayne song with some bass...again not excessive bass like the skullcandy or dr. dre
 
will that be possible?

hd438 is not bass heavy, its bass is just right (for me)
