It varies for different codes.
I found it’s easiest to use your phone’s world clock function, and create an entry for Beijing.
Then look at the time for a given code, for example 11.10 21:00pm UTC+8 Beijing Time Zone
(That’s 9pm Beijing time on 11/10).
I’m in the USA, eastern standard time, and Beijing is +13 hours ahead. So in the example above I would actually need to be ready to buy 11/10 at 8am EST.
Some of the codes have different times, including times where it's already 'tomorrow' in Beijing (so I would actually need to purchase the ‘day before’ in my time zone, if that makes sense).
I’ve also found it best to have the item loaded in your cart ready to checkout. That way, at 8am you just punch in the coupon code and checkout.
As always, you were helpful, thank you. Although...I'm pretty sure it's your blabbering about all things Chi Fi that got me into this mess in the first place....for example, I was curious about BA drivers and did some reading about the technology and became even more interested because it's super fascinating, but it was reading about all the fun you are clearly having tinkering with them that sold me.
so I got a:
ZS5 for the soundstage mostly..this will be my 'audiophile' iem...it's for the music I love to sit back and listen to at home with my Philips 9500s. This will be my portable that I run through my Fiio A3....it's for The Black Keys, Mike Doughty, Spoon....
...I don't think I could listen to it with all my music/all the time though, because I can only take bright 'phones for so long....
So I got an ES3 ... from my reading it has most of the soundstage/clarity of the ZS5, but with more bass? Seems like a 'fun' sound, should work with a lot my music when I am more active and not focused on the music and am listening for longer periods .......but, I also love hip hop and it's probably 25% - 30% of my music listening... I need more bass, clearly....
So I got a ZS3....I will probably do some version of a Slater-mod on these, I do like a higher level of detail, even when listening to Petey Pablo, Mystikal or E-40...but man I love BASS when I am listening to them and I think the ZS3 will fit the bill....
I also got a small variety of different tips to try ...New Bee foams/ silicone, KZ foams, T400 foams...
I'm really excited to try all these new IEMs and mod them, and give them away to friends and family, and all the other things I love doing with new headphones.
and of course a high five to George at gearbest...I think I paid a really good price for that Zs5, (there's no way it's not worth $13.00!) thank you.
