I've had the ADEL-B1 modules for a couple of days but haven't had the chance to try them out. This morning I made the mistake of giving them a go before starting work.
And wow.
I only had a few minutes but ended up listening for nearly an hour. I literally couldn't stop myself listening to the next track, and the next track. Plugged into my Hugo, the A12s remind me of my Noble K10s, with the ability to trick the brain into picturing a holographic, 3-dimensional scene containing very lifelike-sounding instruments and voices.
After my disappointment with the S1 module (bassy, cluttered sound) I was a little worried that I'd made the wrong choice between the A12 and A10, but after my short listen today I'm sure the A12 will be just fine.
I'm looking forward to more listening, and to receiving the manual module, before reporting back with more in-depth impressions.
