Spyware, Adware, Pop Up, how can I get rid of them??
Spybot was extremely good last year but it has since fallen behind ad-aware. If one is using Spybot 1.2 you will find that there have not been updates since March. You have to try out Spybot 1.3 RC5 which is still a touch rough in parts. But overall, what Ad-aware lost out last year has been...- Peterg2

New US Perreaux distributor and Perreaux USB/DAC
Just a couple of points that I have discovered. 1. The $599 is the MSRP and Hififarm is intentionally keeping it at the MSRP for a reason. The street price will be probably in the area of $549 but could even dip to roughly $500 depending on one's negotiating skills with a particular store...- Peterg2

Email SPAM : I just got an email from jude@headfi.org

HD600, Hans der Baer, repairs
I realise now that I was replying to Pr0crastin9tor and you to zzz (the originator). However, on looking back at zzz's post I see he purchased it 2.5 years ago and the warranty is 2 years. I do know that for the intermittent connectivity issue Sennheiser were replacing lower earcup pieces due to...- Peterg2

HD600, Hans der Baer, repairs
Sennheiser will repair items not under warranty but there is a charge of US$35 to evaluate them. If you go ahead with repairs, and spare parts I understand can be pricey, then they will "include" that cost in the repairs. I assume that means they will discount the repairs by that amount. Look...- Peterg2

The DIR800C is selling in US, right now!

The DIR800C is selling in US, right now!
Just a quick question for you people. Are Datavision authorised Pioneer retailers? The reason I ask is that I went to Pioneerelectronics.com and did a dealer search using the zip code of datavision (10016). I tried various items and they do not come up as authorised retailers although they...- Peterg2
