Something cheap.... let's see, I purchased a backup 50 footer for my front projection setup from BH Photo. Try following URL forS-video cable listings. They got various length and Hosa wasn't too bad for its price.

How cheap? On the low end, check out hardware stores and places like Target and Shopko. I got a 6' gold-plated S-video cable for $3 at Target before.

check out dayton audios S-Video connectors on parts express. They seemed reasonably priced, and impressive in build quality.

A very good, highly flexible and also economical S-Video cable is made by Mogami who are a Japanese company like Canare and are quite ubiquitous in Asia (I see you are in the Philippines). Mogami cable is extensively used in broadcast studios and I would guess would not be hard to find there.
