I tried the Caldera Thick pads on the Bokeh today, they sound good but it makes the Bokeh definitely brighter/shoutier I'd say. They aren't actually shouty but it goes a bit more in that direction. I also think it sounds a biit less clean. But definitely worth a try, if you try I would also...

Great! Btw is it possible to order just the headband or the metal part of the headband of the Bokeh as a replacement? I kinda screwed up bending mine and it now has some "edges" in it. It still works, it just bothers me a bit, because it doesn't look so good.

While we are waiting for the case I realized that the Hifiman case also works. It is really close as you can see and you have to put them in like you see in the picture, but there is no pressure on the pads or anything and it closes. Also it is a nice form factor. Still gonna get the case when...

I know this is the amp thread but I hope this fits in here as well. I recently got the Cayin IHA-6 and it sounds great. Especially the high impedance output is great for AO and VO. It actually boosts the bass a bit, it was even measureable with my MiniDSP Ears which I didn't expect to be honest...

I think you can't really compare HD600 to AO. HD600 are really good, neutral and clean headphones and I will always recommend them. I still use them daily for gaming PUBG and stuff, also very comfortable. But for music I don't ever use them anymore since I have the ZMFs. It is just a different...

I had to use the mesh in the beginning, too, because it was too much treble. But I at least adjusted to the treble after some days. And now I it is just perfect without the mesh. Or maybe the headphones really do need some burn in time.

In my experience at least with the hybrid pads the sound leaks quite a bit, maybe I am listening too loud but I don't think I can use it in the office without my colleagues knowing what I am listening to, which is unfortunate because that is what I bought them for. I can measure my listening...

Yes, everytime I put on my Atrium it feels like my head gets a warm soft loving hug. I had to bend the Bokeh headband quite a bit for it to be comfortable though. Like there was too much pressure top of the ears and the pads didn't touch my skin below the ears. Didn't have this with any other...
