Looks like this thread is still going strong... not sure if the CFA Hybrid ever took off, but still my fav/only amp. At this point being used basically exclusively as a speaker amp.

I am getting a checksum error when trying to update, and dont see any info here for that error. anyone have any thoughts on fixes?

wiped it, went into apkpure, clicked an app and hit the install icon. itll grey out then nothing happens. chrome and stuff thats already installed wont update and nothing will install.

the amp is actually mine. I dont have my CFA3 any longer due to the hybrid coming in, so I had it sent first to paradoxper so that he could do a comparison review across what he has for everyone. I can do a review after a few weeks of receiving it, but I wont be able to do a comparison vs a cfa3...

Is there any other way to do it?

Thank paradoxper. Can't wait to see how the amp changes with diff tubes, but that's something for another future discussion. Just for anyone curious the amp is currently using new production EH 6922 tubes.

Do people really turn off and on their amp swapping headphones? I do pause it, and turn the volume down before swapping. Volume down is mainly cause of different volume/power level depending on the headphone.

Sizzle is too much? Can you elaborate? Assuming you preferred the stock amp sound based on your comments?

Honestly given up on the hub. Probably won't get it even when it comes out. I'm probably just going to stick with my zen stream and save a few bucks.
