hd570 or hd590?
Quote: Originally posted by psyco1 As far as positioning and soundstage goes, the 590. If it gets too loud though....I'd go with the audio-technica A900. I totally agree with these suggestions. The HD590 is a all-round open can too. Sounds good for music, movies, and especially...- cscott23

Best easily driven phones?
Quote: Originally posted by Guyferd I second dt250-80. It is easy to drive and is not going to reveal the fault of your pcdp/portable amp whatsoever unlike other high end headphones, eg: rs-1,cd3k, w1000, etc. I'm starting to think that the DT250 would be the best candidate. It's...- cscott23

A help rewuest from Duncan to fix my broken PCDP. (and anybody else who knows)
That's rough. I seen this happen before. The pots get so outa-whack that the laser won't track at all. I've never heard of solution yet. Now, if you had a Play Station 2, then Duncan could help you. Maybe, PeterR could chime in with some help?- cscott23

Ety ER-4: too ugly to wear?
That's why the fix-up cord was so great. It was black, and the wires were perpendicular to the driver; so, they went straight down the side of your face. BTW, I took a permanent black marker to the red and blue franken-plugs.- cscott23
