Is it possible to place any over-ear earpad to my MDR-10R compact? The earcup size is 5.8x6.8cm

i think you dont need an AMP for a 48ohm headphone

why do the sony's headphones usually have low impedance? why do the Sennheiser's headphone usually have high impedance?

you should listen before deciding to buy something, and it'd be great if you could borrow the headphone or dac,amp for a couple hours or even a day if some of your friends have it
