hi Jan, I'm mainly using my quickstep for my CIEM, which is only 18ohm. If I set the voltage inside to the lower one, will it compromise on sound quality. I doubt so for such sensitive IEM right?

One thing I'm going to comment why 1.2.8 is so great for me. Am not gonna compare or do actual comparison if it has better sound than previous firmwares. Nor am gonna to find out if DSD is superior to other lossless formats. But one thing am for sure, most fantastic recordings fall into DSD...

Your experience is very close to my findings too. I have the Stage 3, but I never feel the bass is lacking in anyway. The bass reproduced is so "true" to the music. It might be the lightest of all, but not lacking in anyway to me :) like you have said, Stage 3 is the most neutral I've ever find...

Yes. It is partially filled, I would say 50% from the tip and up. But most of the fragile parts were filled within the resin and well protected
