If you can use a hole saw thats just a little bigger than the knob, and use a drill press, and all should be well also make sure to mask off the rest of the face plate. im sure theres other ways and will be posted by others.

you can always build a recharging circut and use rechargable batts.

AtomBoy I have caps that are 20 years+ old and they work, and hold capatance fine. i have res that are as old as the caps, and they work. i have ic's over 20 years old too. if you can find a use them they will work esp the mil spec stuf they. enjoy.

I try to use the ones listed elna are good it truly dpends on the circut as well. i have seen some use unbranded caps and the work as good as named if not better. like i said its about your circut.. Elna panasonic fc wima evox rifa
