actually I agree more with nikondgd in this case.. however, it could raise another question, how could we know whether headphone X is designed for high or low output impedance?? AFAIK, sennheisser declared before that their headphones were all designed with 0ohm output in mind..and yet it seems...

i'm planning to build my first headphone amplifier, and after researching, it comes down to these two amps.. any suggestions on which amp is more suitable to build for a first timer??   also, has anyone heard both?? i'd also grateful if anyone could compare the sound from these two amps..
