Comparable Headphones to the Sennheiser HD 380 Pro
Hello. I've read that the HD380 is neutral and can be boring. I would recomend the M50s for you. The bump on bass is awesome for hip-hop and eletronic music.- keoni

Everyone should at least own a set of Bose, or owned.
You should remake your sentence: Everyone should at least try/use/test a set of Bose. I don't think peaple should waste their money, just go to a store and try it. =)- keoni

ATH M50...some questions
I can notice about ipod stuff too, they don't have enough power to drive the m50 well. About lossless audio, it is music with out loosing quality, ripped as it should be into flac or any other lossless format, instead of mp3 that has a huge loss in quality. If you can't get flac, try to...- keoni

ATH M50...some questions
Welcome to head-fi! =) I have the m50s, and they are great with these genres that you said. In fact Jamiroquai, sound strange because the m50 have too much bass, so you probably can't hear the mids very well. Anyway they sound better than any low-end HP that I've tryed. Are tou listenning...- keoni

Help with equalizing M50's!
The m50 is a well balanced HP. But It has a peak in 10khz, and the sound can become sibilant. I set my eq that way:- keoni

Good EQ settings for Ath-M50's
I don't think that the M50 needs any eq modification, i only use at 10khz because I'm sensitive to sibilance.- keoni

Closed headphones for rock
I don't think m50 is a good decision, it has too much bass, and odd highs. You should try the SRH 440/840.- keoni

OK - help me with some new music and how you would classify them with a GENRE
In fact I think Daft Punk have such a unique sound, but it's something like french house, electronica doesn't exist as a genre. -
Advice respectfully requested: M11+, Radiopaq Jazz or Senn CX-500?
I've the M11+ and they sound too much non-natural for me, and they've too much bass. I haven't tried the other two headphones, so i can't say much about them.- keoni
