Especially if it's only $1 to $2 more? I feel like the mic improves navigation of music when on the go/ when you don't feel like pulling your phone out of your pocket. Any reason NOT to get the mic'd version?

My left driver on my Zero Audio Carbo Tenores has slight driver flex. Does driver flex end up killing the driver over time? I'm not really annoyed by the driver flex just worried about how it'll affect the life of my Tenores.

Does anyone know how the bass of the AD700s compares with the bass of the RE0's? I've owned the RE0's before and was fine with the lack of bass. 

So I basically have a budget of $100 for new headphones. I'm looking to use these for counter-strike(wider sound stages will help with pinpointing footsteps). I also plan to use them for movies and music, but the main focus is for counter strike. I know the AD700's have an enormous soundstage...

Sigh, after having my RE2s for 3 days, the casing split, but hot glue fixed it, compared the driver to my RE0's and they look identical, the only difference is that the ports on the back of the RE2 driver are taped shut, while the ports on the RE0 are open.  

After owning many pairs of headphones and ending up breaking them, im going to settle on cheap iem's under $30...   what i was considering was the meelectronics m9 and m6's, i have owned both of them...   any other suggestions?
