Tidal vs Spotify
Subscribing to this thread. I am about to begin my free trial of Tidal as a long time Spotify user (on Extreme setting). I LOVE the interface of Spotify and their selection is second to none, so I hope I will not be able to notice too much of a difference with my new high-end gear. Do any...- Dat_Dude

Thanks for the response! The cables I have are the stock cables, so I don't know if that qualifies as "reasonable" or not. -
What Provides Most Benefit to Upgrade - USB or Headphone Cable
Hello all. I have been on the site for a long time but went away for a while (5 years or so) due to money and job issues. I am just now getting back into "the game" and I went ahead and purchased a Chord Mojo and also bought the Shure SE846. My source will primarily be my iPhone 6S+ and...- Dat_Dude

New Comply™ Foam Tips compatibility update!
I currently have a set of T-400s for my IE8s. I absolutely love the sound and comfort from this combination, but I have a very difficult time removing the tips and even a more difficult time getting new ones on without basically destroying them. Would the T-500's be much easier to put on the...- Dat_Dude

Yet another exercise thread: PK3s ? dying
Doc, Have you tried any of the sport products from Sennheiser? The MX680 are buds with in ear "clips" that look like they are pretty solid. I have the PMX80's and outside of poor noise isolation they work very well and I never have to worry about them falling out/off. Sound quality is pretty...- Dat_Dude

Sennheiser IE8 Impressions Thread
So I just received my Comply T-400s for my IE8's and WOW, the BASS! I could not believe how punchy the bass is with these tips. I do have a bit of an issue with how it decreases the Treble to the point where I had to turn on "Treble Booster" in the EQ on my iPod. I assume others have seen these...- Dat_Dude

Best Metal Albums of 2009?
In my opinion, the best metal album released in 2009 was Nile-To Whom Gods Detest, especially for it's production. Insanely good sounding album. Other mentions: Megadeth - Endgame Be'Lakor - Stones Reach Amorphis - Skyforger Converge - Axe To Fall -

Forgive me if this has been asked a billion times. Can Fisher to custom molds for ANY IEM or just a specific list. I have Senn IE8's that I am having troubles finding the right fit/seal. Was thinking about customs. Thanks in advance.- Dat_Dude

So I am sure there is a good chance I will get flamed for this, but I did not really want to read through 182 pages to find my answers. I am looking at high-end IEMs such as the TF-10. I have a couple questions: 1. How do these stack up versus the others I am considering: Senn IE8, Westone...- Dat_Dude
