I'm looking at getting into higher quality audio products and being that I travel frequently am starting out with an IEM/portable amp purchase. My budget is roughly $900 for both, and was seeking recommendations on which IEMs/portable amp to purchase.

My main music styles are electronic, dance and pop, I occasionally listen to rock as well though. My source is an iPhone and a PC, so an amp with a DAC would be preferred.

Many thanks for your advice!

My plan with roughly the same budget is to get a Pico Slim, you can still get in on the pre-order here, and to custom-fit (re-mold) some Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10 Pros @Fisher Hearing.

As far as an IEM the triplefi 10's are awesome(With the proper seal). I power mine with a rsa p-51 mustang and my source is a sansa fuze. the sound is something to behold. RSA amps are top notch IMO, I have read nothing but great things about pico, lisa III , and Qables IQube.

Why not skip the IEM/Amp and just get the JH13 for $200 more?
