Should I buy a wired or wireless speaker?
Hi all, I have been toying with the idea of getting a new speaker for my home. As my room is real tiny, i am thinking of a simple 2.1 (or 2) speaker system that is wireless so that I can stream music from my laptop to the speakers without the need of me being at my desk. Recently I have been...- salsala

creative zen style & zen xfi style
Yeah, i agree, my zen vision: m was faithful to me for the 4.5 years till the screen died. Although I have an iPhone, i would never consider using that as an MP3 player (have you seen how this thing suck up the battery life after playing with one app?). Therefore, I am still thinking of getting...- salsala

Are Creative the new Bose?
I have never had a Bose can simply because I can't afford them! Haha. The only sets of can I have from Creative are the Aurvana Live! and it worked out pretty well for me. I have yet to try the new Aurvana Air but at $199, it does seems like a Bose price point. Update: okay this is the first...- salsala

Is the new iPod shuffle any good for running?
Hi, was wondering if any of you already own the new iPod shuffle. Any thoughts on it being used for running? I know its really light and small but my main concern is navigating through the songs while running. Is it pretty simple?- salsala

How to properly charge and prolong the life of Lithium batteries
I think the most impt step is always to charge superlong on the first charge right? I always charge like 10 hours for the very first charge even if it shows that the batt is full. I also heard that once in a while you shld fully drain the battery and recharge again.- salsala

I have the Creative xmod too and i must agree with you that it does work ... besides the plug and play function makes it a breeze to use and the last i heard, it works with mac too. Sony Walkman NWZ-X1000 (UK out NOW, US version out mid-June)
I think the sony x1000 will really trash the ipod's ass. It's time for the walkman to finally make its comeback. The player looks really good, so does the functions. The only thing that might put me off buying it might be the price. Sony stuff are really expensive- salsala

Should I get the ASUS Xonar Essence STX ??
I think the Asus soundcards ain't as good as the Creative X-Fi range of cards. I have the X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro Series and the sound is totally out of this world. I guess maybe you should try out the various sound cards first before making ur purchase decision. Good Luck!- salsala
