SONY IER-Z1R
Well, as Ive read somewhere else on the starting thread, Im kind sick as well of "top tier" top price half-backed products from companies that every 6 months make a "leap in innovation", thats why Im close watching the Z1R and KSE1200. As a Vega owner, Im watching the Solaris with a grain of...- Chefano

Introducing CL2 Planar
I was about to place an order on these, but RHA just ignores their customer messages. Not a good signal at all. Gonna wait a little longer or pull the trigger on the new Z1R.- Chefano

iFi AC iPurifier - Video Mini Series - The look, the tech, the lowdown. MORE ADDED!
This product is claiming benefits on snake oil territory, well, for a company that big would not hurt do that kind of testing against an old good CLC filter. Nah, lets jump into the bandwagon, afterall people buy magic stones to put them over their gear and do believe they are working and do...- Chefano

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
Well, Ive had to chime again. Just received my complys T400 sample with all sizes and to avoid using 2 variables on equation, Ive stoped the burnin process with about 10hs (over the past 100hs of last week) and tried it again with the same tips Ive been using...Resulting in massive bass all over...- Chefano

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
I drove my olds SE846 and my new ones on ZX2, and to me, ZX2 gives it a lot of juice. Despite the ZX2 does not play DSD native, and mostly of my content is DSD, Ive yet to see another player that sounds so good, the only donwside is the "low output" . Regards- Chefano

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
Well, Im back to chime after +100hs burnin. To avoid been biased along the burnin period, I decided to choose some tracks and compare them before and after the 100hs mark. Its hard to say that I could notice some difference, if any. Sibilance was not EVER a problem to me, even with armatures...- Chefano

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Actually Im using the white filter, so no foam on the filter. Im really sensitive about channel imbalance, and the last inear that really bothered me was IE8 (long time ago I know It), so far my se846 is really good. Im gonna check your measurements! :) Regards!- Chefano

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Well, I had to chime back here. About a month ago, I lost my beloved se846 on the airport, that I used almost everyday on my comute and on my flights since I bought it, march 2014. So I just ordered a new one, and to my surprise, I think it sounds better than the one I bought back in 2014. To...- Chefano

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
Ive just received the vega, and even considering myself as a bass head, this little beast has to much of it (IMO). To me, the bass line volume ending interfering on the whole music. Another point to be noticed, I have some beautifully recorded live sessions (studios, shows etc) that on vega...- Chefano
