NEW - Campfire Comet and Atlas
Hello, I own SE846 too, so I'm very interested! Could you give more details about the comparison with the Atlas ? What about fit/comfort and sound : subbass, medium, treble and stereo image for instance ? I would like to know if I should upgrade or not. Thanks a lot for your help. Nicolas- nico_g

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Hello, your SE846 seems to be real : looking at tubes or engraving, but you will have to make some more tests like unmounting tubes in order to extract acoustics filters and see the inside of the Shure.- nico_g

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Hello I can confirm that the SE846 with AK (320 or 380) or Cowon Plenue is a very good match with no problem of hiss or too loud sound issue. For instance, with my AK380, sound level is perfect with a setting between 50 and 60 (on a 150 full-scale value).- nico_g

On the Penon site : https://penonaudio.com/SpinFit-TwinBlade-CP220-230-240 It's not written that the specific 3mm adapter for Shure is included (amazon includes it)... SteveOliver, when you get the eartips from Penon, this adapter was included ? Thanks for your help. Nicolas- nico_g

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Hello, I am using Spinfit CP800M with my SE846 and I would like to try the new bi-flange CP240-M but amazon.com doesn't sell them to my country (France). So, if someone can order one pair for me, I would be happy to buy them, maybe using paypal if it's the best solution ! It maybe a good idea to...- nico_g

SpinFit Eartips Thread - The cheapest audio upgrade
Hello, you were able to use CP240 with a narrow nozzle, like the Westone has ? I thought that all twin tips like Cp240, 230 or 220 are too wide for small nozzles like Westone of Shure. Or maybe do you have done some modification to your CP240 ? Thanks for your help. Nicolas- nico_g

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
I agree : was liking Comply foams, but Spinfit are better for sound (very good bass and better treble). Only problems with Spinfit : isolation is not as good as Comply, and when you walk, you can hear some little "impact" when your feet hit the ground.- nico_g
