Fortunately, I haven't find any eartips that I don't like because of health reasons, only comfort issues. Spinfits being the most comfortable tip I've ever tried.

The only time I have ever had my ears itch has been with double-flange ear tips.

Some tips including spinfit have a little ridge on the outside of the dome of the tip. That creates an edge which can create some itch. Double and triple flanges have the same issue.

Only with Spinfits? That's strange. My ears receive Spinfits just like any other silicone tip, there's an occasional itch that may or may not happen, but I also get that with foam. The Spinfits are simply more "invisible" once plugged in than other silicones I've tried, so I'm sticking with them.

No not just spinfits but all silicone tips in general.Foam tips are perfectly comfortable for me.

Maybe from person to person but I use small comply tips and medium spinfit tips.

He said they run smaller than other tips and they do, you should be okay. the largest size is slightly too small for me I am good with the shure silicone large

I found the SpinFit mediums to seal perfect for me and I use the Medium Comply's as well. Medium SpiralDots though are too small for me. I have to use the Medium-Large (ML).

They're fine, you get the full packaging when you order 2 pairs, the japanese ones have slightly different boxes, these look exactly the same as those carried by my local retailer. I just got the Dunu DK-3001, they come with Spinfits bundled and the Penon Spinfits are exactly the same.

Looks okay to me, @jaxz, as I have a package that looks just like that.  Maybe include up-close pictures of the tips outside of the package to help readers/owners of the SpinFit tips 'validate' their authenticity as best as possible.

I got the same type of packaging from mine at Amazon. I think they are from the Taiwanese manufacturer so the packaging is a little different then the Japanese version.
