Any reason why Reference Grade interfaces like RME, Focusrite, Lynx are ignored?
Quote: I agree with you, I bought the $900 Schiit Gungnir and got rid of it when I realized the current interface I have was just as good if not better than the Schiit, in addition to being much cheaper.- redquilang

Tube amp to drive d2000, hd650, and dt990
Whats a good relatively affordable tube amp that will effectively drive these three? I know the d2000 is low impedance, so I'm not sure that there is a tube amp versatile enought to drive them all. I like a wrmer sound, hence the tubes. Will the Bottlehead Crack drive all of them? What other...- redquilang

Sheer HA-006+ vs. Objective2 vs. M Stage
Hi all. I was looking for an amp that could drive my Senn HD650 and my Denon D2000. I was also looking at some Beyer 600 ohm. I was looking at these 3. But the newness of the Objective2 sort of scares me to tell you the truth. I don't know how reliable it is. Id really prefer it because of...- redquilang

EAC and my Mp3s sound bad.
i used lame b320. when i used the V0 format though or whatever its called, it started to sound "pixelated." instead of sounding smooth, it was like instead of smooth sound, they were like lumps of sound. i dont know, its hard to explain. the 320 works well, but i can hear parts were i suspect...- redquilang

And there really was no difference between the three. i was about to get some a900s because they are the only ones readily available in where i live in okinawa, but...- redquilang

how do you put movies on the A2? i use dvd shrink to rip dvds but it produces a bunch of files that are unreadable by my A2. and to make it worse, it takes 4gb for one movie. Is there any software i can get to rip the dvd into one file readable by my A2 and in a much smaller size? how do...- redquilang
