The Panasonic SL-CT720 reportably is the last and final Made in Japan portable CD player Panasonic will ever produce. The new SL-CT730 is going to be Made in China and this is where Panasonic no longer makes any portable CD players in Japan. I already bought two SL-CT720s myself.

The Sony D-211s are not supposed to fail very fast. They are Made in Japan. Don't tell me that a $10 Durabrand portable CD player from Wal-Mart will last longer than a Sony D-211.

Is the Denon DCP-150 any better than the DCP-100 for sound quality?

So, is the Sony D-211 rated second best for best headphone sound quality after the Denon DCP-150? If I do get the Denon DCP-150, will I hear a major, moderate, or minor difference of headphone out sound quality between the D-211 and DCP-150? Walter Chan

Damn, my Sony D-211 lost for the best headphone out sound quality. What a shock. I happened to buy two more of the brand new D-211s from eBay thinking that they are the best, but they are not. What a waste of money.
