Amp for beyerdynamic t90
It has a high noise floor, which drives me nuts, so that immediately rules it out for me. Then you have the fact that it can't drive iems, which I will most likely be purchasing when I go to college in a couple of years, plus I feel better ordering from an American company so if something goes...- Sonic7381

Amp for beyerdynamic t90
Thanks for that, that is a but of a crazy idea, and it could be an option. I wish I could get the dark voice guys, but it's double my budget and that could go up to 250 easily if I start rolling tunes. That ones out, I was hoping maybe for a little dot 1+ but I just missed the drop on massdrop...- Sonic7381

Amp for beyerdynamic t90
Looking for an amp around the hundred dollar mark for a set of beyerdynamic t90's that I am planning on ordering in the next few days. Before I decided on the t90 I wanted a magni 2, but now I'm worried it will be a bit too harsh with the t90. I just feel like there is a massive quality drop-off...- Sonic7381

Alright, i just got the soundblaster e5. I had the e1 previously because my computers mic and output was seriously broken, but during the creative christmas sale i upgraded. my concern is that the volume nob changes the volume in windows and not on the amp. Audio Technica ATH-E70, ATH-E50, ATH-E40 IEMs announced at NAMM 2016
Pre-ordered the e40s, and I want to get some comply tips for working out, does anyone know what type/size will fit the tube? Comply does not have them in their database yet, but I'm assuming someone has tried them already.- Sonic7381

Requesting recommendations for Headphones for people with Tinnitus
Got in contact with zmf, the standard comes with two cables, one 3.5mm one 1/4 inch which are 4 ft and 7 ft respectively. If you need anything logger, a 12' extension can be had for $10: http://www.amazon.com/Zeskit-12-Premium-Audio-Cable/dp/B00S1R8K06 I recommend the extension because the...- Sonic7381

Requesting recommendations for Headphones for people with Tinnitus
While I have not heard them in person, I've heard pretty good things about the zmf classics, which are a modded t50rp. They have very subdued eyes, which should hopefully help with the tinnitus. They are still very detailed in the mids and lows, but they should be even better than the...- Sonic7381

IEM Under 200
Hi guys, I've got a pair of etymotic hf3s which are on the fritz(old hf5).I bought them on a whim when they were on sale and sadly many years later they are giving out. I was amazed at the level of detail they showed and they were what really got me into audiophile level gear. I've bought...- Sonic7381

Looking for headphones, need isolation from human voices, my bose qc3 just dont cut it(obv)
Etymotics are really incredible, I've found that if you use the bigger tips, they don't go as far in but you get the same level of isolation. Also, the Bose quiet comfort earbuds work really well. My brother has them, and I can stand next to him and shout and he will hardly hear me. If you want...- Sonic7381

Best IEMs under 200
Good to know about the cable noise, and I thought about the gr07 but read a lot of more recent reviews saying they had major durability issues. That's why I'm trying to stay with brands that are upfront about warranty, and I couldn't find anything on vsonic. Any ideas on the west ones and...- Sonic7381
