im thinking to place my tt2//mscaler and speakers on a large wooden desk. there will be isolation pads under the speakers and isolation feet under the tt2//mscaler. can anyone see any problems with vibrations etc occurring here?

i meant anni on its own with qutest mscaler against tt2 on its own and with mscaler. for me at least tt2 direct enabled me to listen comfortably again.

I didnt like the sound of my headphones with the anni in the chain vs the tt2 direct so im thinking for me at least that would apply to driving speakers. In fact i returned the anni and found i could only listen to tt2 direct. The latest option are omega the super alnico high output monitors...

The omega super alnico high output monitor ticks all the right boxes for driving direct from dave//tt2. The listed price is around 2010 GBP which goes up to 2553 GBP on checkout. Does anyone know if that includes taxes when shipped to uk? I know alot of people use dave direct to power omegas...

excellent point however the dealer looking to give me full trade in value for the kefs and aperta stands is hundreds of miles away and i dont drive right now. Reviews and listening to heresy 4 you tube sound tests through my mtt2 is all i have now.

When i had chord anni with qutest/mscaler with my oppo pm1 headphone removing the anni amp and going direct from mscaler/tt2 the removal of the amp made a night and day difference ie no amp in the chain. Im using the same principle with tt2 powering efficient horn speakers direct with no amp. I...

i own the pm1 and still is my main headphone after all these years.

Dependent on quality of recording +5 to +10 is usually at the very top end of volume but 90 percent of the time i am between -5 to +5 depending on time of day too.
