I have just received a Raptor and K701's. I am still burning in the K701's and getting used to the characteristics of the Raptor. I will report back in a few weeks.

I have just taken possession of a Raptor. As has been noted numerous times, this amp runs hot. In particular, I note the tubes run very hot. Do any early adopters have any experience regarding tube life for this amp?

Thanks all, some good suggestions. My main cans are HD580's. I've heard it said that a Millet Hybrid isn't the best match for HD580 and HD6X0 headphones. Anybody have any views on this?

I've connected my XBox360 to my computer monitor, and need a headphone amp for the Xbox audio. My music set-up is in another room. I'm too lazy to move the amp all the time.
