Hi guys, any XBOX One gamers using the latest Astro wireless setup? If so, which one would you recommend for FPS gaming? This is for a friend of mine who insists minimum cable since I still couldn't convince him to use Astro Mixamp 5.8 with my AKG Q701 w/Annie pads and mic. Thank you.

I was really skeptical of the hype surrounding O2 but it ended up impressing even my coworker who swore off SS amps after he went Stax only.  The O2 surprised our ears for the low price and now he's back doing orthos and SS.  The joys of digging deeper into money pit that is this hobby.

I gave up on these guys a while back when I started listening to neutral headphones only. After a while, I needed some fun for my ears and gave these guys another shot by messing around with the pads. I have to say that something along the way of all the stuff I was trying it just became so much...

tdockweiler: the bass with the Pearlstone velour pads plus stuffing lots of tissue paper to raise them up is insane with the FiiO E11 on eq +1. Blows everything up with eq +2. The key was stuffing lots of tissue paper that made a thick stiff wall and the bass came back thundering while...

For those on Pearstone velour pads, wash those a couple of times.  The itchiness goes away, but not the stuffiness.
