SONY IER-Z1R
mine came with mmcx connectors for IER-Z1R. think you will need to send them back for retermination and retermination costs a lot. more than half the price of the cable iirc. not selling if i can help it. it's a very impressive cable. the STR7 SE is better than 1960s 2W and comparable to 1960...- endlesswaves

SONY IER-Z1R
My Brise Yatono Rh+ 2023 just arrived. At doesn't seems much difference from the stock cable. Just a tad meatier in the sub Bass and mids. But after skipping over a few songs, I do hear some extra details that are not present with the stock cable. After more listening, the treble extra...- endlesswaves

SONY IER-Z1R
I tried the Moondrop's Spring tips for 3 nights. Around 1-2 hours each time. They are not bad. Comparable with the stock hybrids. I have better results with wetted Xelastec. Got the Eartune Fidelity U a few days ago. Got the M size. This pair of ear tips, is the best I tried so far. Used to...- endlesswaves

oBravo Cupid
Auditioned FX850 and FX1200 and got the FX1200. Later got the FW01 and the FX1200 was left gathering dust. After I got the Cupid, FW01 too was left gathering dust. The only thing I missed from FW01 is the mids and vocals. Was a basshead and started to appreciate bass especially sub bass that was...- endlesswaves

In the pursuit for the last few percentage of gain in SQ in upgrades are insanely expensive. I call these people perfectionist (with means). I can't afford it but I don't go around saying they are suckers. Same as cameras, performance cars or luxury watches. It's a niche market. It's priced...- endlesswaves

JVC HA-FW01 - The New Top End Wood Driver IEM (2017)
Welcome. From my experience, It's best to audition them yourself. But remember Cupid's very seal sensitive. Best try it with different insertion depths and angles. I tried Cupid with more than 20 types of eartips before I found the best one.- endlesswaves
