Ahh, a while back i was contemplated between a pair or e2c's and er6i's. In the end I picked up a pair of e2c's and boy was I not happy. To me, they sounded terrible, even with a decent seal. I ended up selling them. Just recently I've purchased a pair of er6i's and boy, I wish I would've bought...

I'm not sure, maybe they're just another authorized reseller of etymotic phones. But oOoOoOo, the picture given for the er4p's are different colours than the classic red/blue ones, interesting...

Another vote for the shuffle, although iAudio has a good reputation for having great SQ too, I've never heard one.

YEAH!!! I had the same experience with my sr60's. The high's were very screechy and unbearable but even after a couple hours of play, it ceased and the high's were great. The bass filled out too. Good to hear your enjoying you ms1's.

Yep, just give them time. Happened with me and now I can't go back to my ex71's because they sound so muddy. I thought the bass on the ex71's were great but when I heard the sr60's tight, controlled bass and detail.... wow, they blew the sony's out of the water. Your ears just have to get used...

How bout another grado since you love your sr60's so much. The sr225's are a vast improvement on all aspects the sr60's have and can be had for $200usd. Too bad you missed the boat on the hf-1's. I've heard its been an awesome deal and headphone all around this forum.

Another vote for a cowon iaudio player. Theres g3, u2 and u3's coming out soon. It should be good. Theres also iriver, u10, t10 and t30. I'd go for iaudio though due to their good filmware updates opposed to iriver's once in a blue moon new filmware.

I found the video quality of the ipod 5g kicked the **** out of the x5's. The x5 was a little chopping, barley noticable yet there also the screen's resolution isn't something to cheer about. I was very impressed seeing video's played on the 5g, seeing how awesome the quality was.
