It's Aliexpress. A lot of discounts are simply incorrect, to say the least.

People keep bashing KZ, but I think they are really improving their tunings (eg: CCA Rhapsody). They also try to make some innovations, and this one DD+Planar is very interesting.

The 11xx setting has too much bass for me. I like the Castor Bass with 0011 settings, neutral source and foam tips. It has an analog sound that I like with good bass and good details. No peaks with this settings. Incredible value, really.

Try blowing on the nozzle (no kidding). Some air pressure may unblock the dynamic driver, if that's the problem of course.
