I ordered a pair last night...hard decision after all the reading I've done on headphones. I think I'd be happy with these or the DT1350, but these won out for now!   These will be my first real cans...I'm going to be interested to see how I like the experience compared to my speakers/subs...

I don't mind watching 3D in 3D, but when they shoot effects just for 3D I think they can become totally lame on DVD.

Frank Black / Pixies   I buy every album he comes out with and I've yet to be disappointed. I think his music and songwriting continued to mature which makes him a great imho. I don't listen to him as much as I used to, but it always feels like home when I got some FB tunes playing.

I was considering building a diy preamp that could double as a headphone amp, but the kit recommends at least a 600ohm rating.

Does anyone make 600ohm or higher hps besides beyerdynamic? Thanks!
