Yeah. I see some Amazon refurbished M3 for $199. Probably order that, the M4 and maybe Shure Aonic 50. Test them out and keep one.

Is there a value in the M3 now that the M4 is out? The battery life sounds impressive, but I generally use headphones for only 2-3 hours at a time and will have no problem keeping them charged. I like the look of the M3 but that really isn't a big deal. Buttons are better than touch controls...

How do the Momentum 4 compare to the HD450? I'm borrowing the 450s now from my kid as a demo. I'm most concerned about the earcup size. The 450 is a little small for my ears.

I'm sure this has been covered already, but what is an inexpensive option which is very small? I would use these for tv watching in bed, lying on a pillow. They don't need to have stellar sound quality or long battery life. Comfort while lying on them is the only consideration.

This is a great use for older/worn out foam tips. Pull them off their cores and slide on to the silicone tip. I've tried the hole-cutting/punch and found that the foam tends to tear. Plus, the earplugs are far too big, so you need to cut out a section with the proper thickness in order to fit.

Power off the unit. Change inputs. Power on.

I used them straight from an iPhone when I had them. They definitely needed a little bass boost with EQ, but they worked well.

Now selling on Drop for $110. I’m tempted to pick these up again (lost mine a while ago). The P2 isn’t nearly as good.

I don’t see how much that would help. I actually like the cable from the icarus. The iem itself is badly shaped. The inner surface is flat so it doesn’t go in deep enough. The weight then pulls them out of my ears. Cinching up the cable slider helps, but not enough.
