They are indeed good headphones, however a problem i have had since 2 weeks of purchase, is the cable. Once they start bending, ur screwed. In the end the inner white cable will pop up and u cant put it back in, it just looks twisted. For me this was inevitable, but if ur super super careful...

wow you have some requirements. Well IMO pay double the price you told us and get some better headphones. 50 or 100$ is not that much. consider 200-300 and you can get some headphones im sure you will be pleased with. just my 2 cents
