Between classes I checked amazon.com and found the price of Denon D2000 marked down alot!

I bought a pair this afternoon, here I am like 8hrs later and they are back to the old price

Well, $195 total cost (I'm in NY, so often amazon collects tax too, but not this time) isn't bad at all imo.

Denon might not honor the warranty on the D2000s when someone purchases them at an unauthorized dealer either online or local. Be careful with amazon.com (authorized dealer) they have dealers selling Denon items through amazon.com and may not be an unauthorized Denon dealer.

I bought my D2000s at www.headphone.com a few days ago and they are an authorized Denon dealer.

grr I'm sittin here debating over if I want the D200s or some 880s and amazon had a sale on both and now BOTH are marked back up. Plus, I don't even want to get into what I been goin through tryin to pick a good portable amp....

Tell me about it. I love them & feel they have been worth every penny of the $279 I (also) paid, but....now that I'd like to sell them only because of having the D5000s, I'm feeling a little screwed. I'm wondering if I should just keep them, considering what I could get for them now(?).
