no you're wrong, its not included in the price of 2498 (since its a portable product). i asked them just now. but it does have 1 year warranty :/

Yes and no..

They might have a one year warrenty, but you have 5 years of "reklamasjonsret" (right to complain). They cannot run away from that.

-And there are no execptions for portable products. Lame excuse if there ever was one.

Besides, the term "warrenty" has very little meaning/use in Norway and the rest of scandinavia as local consumerlaws usually protect you much better then any manufactors warrenty.

I normaly just send a wire to their german bank a/c in EUR. So far I got 3 items from them, never had any prob.

I am in process of getting Denon AH-D2000 as we speak from them. I got a pair of Sony MDR-SA5000 a while back, followed by canon 40D, followed by tamron 17-50 2.8 lense
