Panasonic CT570 low volume output?
Ahh don't have much time to post just need to get it out, when I use my CT570 either my ears have gotten messed up or the CD player has. I don't remember having to turn up my PCDP to almost 8-9 (out of 10) just to hear normally. I'm using the rechargeables that came with the CT570, the headphone...- n4rc0l3pt1c

Piss-poor battery life from CT570!
External battery pack? I didn't get one of those! I'm using the stock AAA rechargeables with V6's and 10 second anti-skip.- n4rc0l3pt1c

Piss-poor battery life from CT570!
I'm using the Panasonic PCDP, CT570 and it's great and all, I like it a lot, but the battery life without any anti-shock is only what seems like 5-6 hours, 8 at most? Is this supposed to be how long the battery lasts? I'm using the stock rechargeables and charging it to full before using, and my...- n4rc0l3pt1c

Panasonic PCDPs, namely the CT570 and 790?
OK I've heard a bunch of praise regarding the CT570, I want a new, actually decent PCDP for my new Sony V6's and Koss SportaPro's anyway...I was looking at Panasonics and the CT790 looks sooooooooooooo sweet, does it have the same qualities of the 570?- n4rc0l3pt1c

Sony V6's in Retail Stores
Yeah, my local Frys in Fremont carries V6's for $80 too, IMHO just go over there to listen to them (if your Frys has a headphone listening booth) to see if you like them, then order them online for $60 or cheaper used.- n4rc0l3pt1c

Looking for closed-ear, under $100-US
Those are good reads. I'd say the V6, HD280, and Beyerdynamics would all be suitable for your needs, just buy the one that fits in your price/performance range- n4rc0l3pt1c

Sony MDR-G52: The Original Street-Style
I know, I know...everyone here hates the Sony Street Style headphones... But I have a pair from when they first came out, and I think they sound pretty good for the price, similar in aspects to the SportaPro's (good overall quality but bass is on the boomy side) although I'm not a headphones...- n4rc0l3pt1c

Also try to look for information on previous posts of the Sennheiser HD280 Pro's, many people who have bought them have liked them... They retail for $199 but buy.com has them for $77 right now! Check it out.- n4rc0l3pt1c

Sennheiser MX400/500 as workout cans?
How do these lil' earbuds work as workout headphones? Mostly running, both outdoor and treadmill. I can get them for dirt cheap (~$7-10) but is it better for me to "splurge" and just get the Koss KSC-35 for $20? Are the KSC35 much better as exercise headphones? I also have another question: is...- n4rc0l3pt1c
