Brainwavz B2 Impressions & Discussion Thread
B2 had no bass at all. Dead cold in that range. Even then, I really liked the detailed sound and the fit was perfect for me. Unfortunately my pair died due to sweat after trying to run using it. :(- mefxes

Phonak Audeo (PFE) Thread
Hello. I still have my PFE232 but now both cables are deteriorated, with many cracks and the internal wire exposed. It happened due to the time and decay of the material, since there were not exposed to the elements or sun in any way. That's bad. Well, are there alternative cables to these?- mefxes

Westone UM3X Thread
I'm sharing here the message I just cent to Westone since any piece of advice or grain of salt may help me: "Hello. I'm seeking for some advice. I own a pair of Westone UM3X RC since 2012 (my thir Westone since I had ADV Alpha and W4R before) and was using it to run in the gym, sweating a lot...- mefxes

Brainwavz B2 Impressions & Discussion Thread
Well, I was able to open my B2 after few tries with a small screwdriver. It was very well sealed inside and completely dry, so the sweat being the cause of the damage is very unlikely. My UM3X was completely taken by water inside. The B2 is perfect, like new, so I believe both stopping working...- mefxes

Brainwavz B2 Impressions & Discussion Thread
Hello. I have my B2 since 2012 and for some weeks I decided to use it while running. I'm sweating A LOT due to the kind of exercise I'm doing, and today I noticed the right side of my B2 was sounding extremely muffled/recessed. After a lot of testing I believe the bigger BA may be damaged...- mefxes

lol I see logic is a huge effort here. Today I learned that competition highlights the worst players and they turn into professionals, get paid to play and be praised by fans while amateurs are better. rofl Just like NBA and random amateur players that are better players than the...- mefxes

No, it isn't. The best players play for money and will be where money is. Just like any other sport that exists. It's a fact, not an opinion. And if that players where that skilled and CS requires no skill, should be easy for them to go to CS and win piece of cake 1kk USD majors...- mefxes

That's wrong assumption. Reflexes, or in fact, reaction, isn't reliable. Pros rely on crosshair placement. Reaction is a correction of a mistake. It's not the way to go. And correct crosshair placement is related to awareness about the game, in wich sound is essential. No pro player could...- mefxes

Yes, I've read. I'm just showing you that your line applies to you so you shouldn't say something like that and then throw opinions and no "proof" at all. It's nonsense. I understand your view. I understand different views of the same matter and I respect you and everybody else. ...- mefxes

I've played FPS games for at least 15 years now and never heard about even one pro fps player using other than stereo with headphones. Not even one. Not even at home, from where a lot of pro players stream nowadays and play the vast majority of their matches they use anything different...- mefxes

Head-Fi Basshead IEM thread (lists page 1)
The hardest punch I ever heard from an iem was definately Monster Miles Davis. I still own other very good IEMs for bass, like UM3X, Atrio MG7, Earsonics SM3, XBA-4 and many others, but for punchy bass, hard hitting crazyness, I doubt something can, or will beat The Miles Davis someday.- mefxes
