I don't think Bose publishes technical specs for any electronics they design (speakers or headphones). You ask any salesperson at the Bose store and they can't tell you either.

Looks like a standard 12-13mm dynamic driver layed on its side and funneled through the tip like that. I'm not sure the off-axis response would be good enough to have clear top end on those phones.
