Anybody tried the leather band and pilot pad? Which one is more comfy? I'm worried about the size of the pilot pad as I have a slight mohawk

I think the pilot pad is rather comfortable, though I have to bent the headband's shape a bit to better fit my head out of the box.

I actually have the leather headband strap (mrspeaker's one) and with Alpha Pad it's really comfortable, but I'm wondering if the pilot pad is better or not ! 

 
 
One more thing : how much do they weight ?

I honestly cant tell the difference in comfort but thats just me. I have both.

I have no issues with weight.
Probably similar to stock weight.
Although I love the mids (probably because of the wood)
I am burning them in for a week to see what is the final sound before I make additional comments. .

Pilot pad is very comfy. Make sure you bend the headband for best fit if you have any issues.

Have been considering ordering a pair myself. The way I interpreted the cable options is that it if you want to replace the 'stock' Canare cable with a OCC braided cable you can upgrade for $50 (you still only get 1 cable). If you want both cables it is an extra $70.

I think that's the case anyway....
