They will change a lot in the first 24 hrs of use, so just let them sit for a day or two - after 50 hours the changes are more subtle, and they will sound "easier" around 200 - 300 hrs or so.

There is an 'edginess' to the upper mids that can seem a bit harsh (to my ears). Don't be concerned. This takes a while to fade away and for everything to smooth out, but it does. Then audio nirvana arrives.

Good to know as my pair is bound to arrive soon
Then to figure out what pads work best for classical / orchestral music and film music (Hans Zimmer for ex) and Rock or heavy metal
